The RoleAs Quality Assurance Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for monitoring performance against defined quality standards, conducting structured audits, analysing data and working closely with teams to support ongoing improvements.Key responsibilities include:Conducting regular and monthly audits using a structured scorecard methodologyEnsuring adherence to internal quality standards and relevant industry requirementsProviding clear, balanced and constructive feedback based on audit outcomesWorking collaboratively with stakeholders to implement quality improvements and best practiceCollecting, analysing and reporting quality data to support regulatory and policy requirementsMaintaining accurate records, MI and quality documentationSupporting continuous improvement initiatives across the businessCandidate RequirementsEssential:Proven experience in a Quality Assurance or Quality Control roleStrong track record of consistently meeting daily, weekly and monthly targetsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong analytical capability with the ability to interpret data accuratelyExceptional attention to detail and a high standard of accuracyConfident decision-making skills, supported by evidence and dataAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentStrong IT skills, particularly Microsoft ExcelA collaborative, team-oriented working styleDesirable:Knowledge of FCA regulations, particularly within motor finance or regulated environmentsExperience providing outcome-based feedback to a range of stakeholdersPrevious use of a Quality Management SystemWorking Pattern & FlexibilityThe standard office hours are:Monday to Thursday: 08:00 - 16:00 (30-minute lunch)Friday: 08:00 - 13:00However, the organisation offers genuine flexibility, including:Flex-time start between 07:00 and 11:00, subject to business requirementsThe option to request up to 2 days working from home per week, where operationally feasibleBy applying you will be registered as a candidate with Marc Daniels Specialist Recruitment Limited.
