What You’ll Be Doing
* You’ll carry out planned maintenance and respond to urgent repairs across buildings in your region.
* You’ll make sure systems like heating, cooling and water are working safely and efficiently.
* You’ll respond to alarms and fix issues quickly to keep everything running smoothly.
* You’ll manage permits to work and follow safety procedures.
* You’ll supervise contractors and work closely with clients and colleagues.
* You’ll keep clear records and follow best practices to ensure safe working.
What We’re Looking For
* Someone with a recognised qualification in electrical or mechanical engineering.
* Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
* Experience with building systems and maintenance routines.
* Confidence working alone and making decisions under pressure.
* Physically fit and comfortable working at height or carrying equipment.
