Robert Half Cambridge have partnered with a rapdily growing company in Huntingdon in their search for a Purchase Ledger to join their finance team. This role will day to day accounting support to the Head Office Finance Department.
The role offers hybrid working with 2 days in the office and 3 from home. Salary offered up to £28,000, depending on experience, with great benefits.
The Role:
1. Process invoices through the accounts payable system and onto Sage, including obtaining approval for payment and preparing supplier payment runs
2. Processing of staff's expense claims
3. Process staff corporate card submissions on a monthly basis, ensuring reason for expenditure is valid and receipts have been provided
4. Reconcile the cash movements on the office bank accounts
5. Support finance team with provision of documentation for audit requirements
Experience:

9. A competent level of knowledge of Microsoft Word, Teams, Excel and Outlook
