Administrator Needed in Coventry – 25 hours
Your new company Coventry City Council delivers essential services across the city, including the provision of day centres for people with learning disabilities. One of their day centres, based in the Allesley area, are looking for an administrator to join their team on a part-time basis. Your new role You will be joining a team of 2 other administrators in providing administrative support to the centre. This will include inputting data, dealing with visitors at the front door, using the council's systems, using Sharepoint, ordering and use of office equipment, collating information and checking financial records against spend receipts.The centre is open between the hours of 9am and 4pm but there is flexibility in the hours you work between these hours, ensuring the needs of the centre are met.What you'll need to succeed This role requires an experienced administrator with a strong knowledge and understanding of IT systems, who is also able to provide support to members of the public when needed. As this role is working in a day centre for people with learning disabilities, experience of working with people with learning disabilities would also be an advantage.What you'll get in return You will be paid a competitive hourly rate and have a guaranteed long-term role, with further opportunities for permanent opportunities.
