Behaviour Mentor
* Location: London
* Salary: £90.00 – £110.00 per day
* Full-time | Term-time only

* Or are you a dedicated Teaching Assistant looking to specialise in this area?
We are currently seeking Behaviour Mentors to join a supportive and dynamic teams in London-based schools. This is a rewarding opportunity to work closely with students, helping them overcome barriers to learning and develop the skills needed to succeed both inside and outside the classroom.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Provide 1:1 and small group mentoring to students with behavioural, emotional, or social difficulties.
* Support the implementation of individual behaviour plans and intervention strategies.
* Work collaboratively with teaching staff and senior leaders to support whole-school behaviour policies.
* Develop positive relationships with students to promote confidence, engagement, and resilience.
* Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to staff and parents where necessary.
* Requirements:
* Experience working with children or young people, particularly those with SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) needs is a bonus
* Strong communication, empathy, and behaviour management skills.
* Ability to remain calm under pressure and respond effectively to challenging behaviour.
* A proactive and flexible approach to supporting students’ learning and well-being.
