EQUANS is recruiting for a Customer Care Advisor / Planner based in Oldham. This is a 12-month fixed-term, full-time role working 37 hours per week. The package includes a competitive salary and benefits.
General Overview
The Customer Care Advisor/Planner supports the planning and customer service team by managing customer interactions via phone, email, and portal activities.
Responsibilities include responding to requests, maintaining records in the CAFM system, planning operative works, and updating diaries.
Key Accountabilities
* Confirming and booking appointments through the Equans IT system.
* Raising and updating support tickets for tracking customer requests.
* Investigating and resolving complaints, closing support tickets.
* Ensuring Service Level Agreements are met.
* Maintaining customer information databases.
* Liaising with teams and escalating issues when necessary.
* Scheduling follow-up appointments.
* Closing jobs in the system, whether completed or canceled.
* Communicating with operatives and engineers on-site.
* Corresponding with MCC / Northwards.
* Managing inboxes and supporting various workstreams.
* Performing administrative tasks as needed.
Additional Responsibilities
* Adhering to company quality standards and procedures.
* Maintaining property and wearing appropriate uniform.
* Ensuring work areas are clean and tidy.
* Liaising with stakeholders and coordinating materials.
* Completing documentation accurately and timely.
* Training new starters as required.
* Performing other reasonable management requests.
