The Role We’re looking for a Mechanical Pre-Contracts Manager to join our team. Reporting to the Mechanical Services Director, you will lead all mechanical and public health services activity at the pre-construction stage. You’ll play a key role in surveying, tendering and coordinating designs for commercial fitout projects already secured with our main client. This is a hands-on position requiring a mix of technical knowledge, client-facing confidence and internal project coordination. What You’ll Be Doing Surveying projects and producing reports Producing detailed tender bids Organising validations and supporting project managers with technical input Providing fixed costs in line with design and scope Coordinating with internal teams, subcontractors and clients to ensure a smooth handover to construction What We’re Looking For ✅ 1–2 years’ experience in mechanical design or pre-contracts work ✅ Experience in commercial office fitout ✅ Strong mechanical and public health services design understanding ✅ Confident with Microsoft Office and PDF editing tools ✅ Someone proactive, client-focused and technically confident Why Join Us?
