An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (1–5 PQE) to join a highly regarded national law firm in Nottingham city centre.

The Role
You will handle a varied and high-quality commercial property caseload, advising on:
* Acquisitions and disposals
* Landlord and tenant matters
* Property finance and refinancing
A key part of the role will involve strategic land work, including drafting and negotiating:
* Option agreements
* Promotion agreements
* Landowner collaboration and consortium agreements
You’ll be working on both residential and commercial development matters, with a strong focus on acting for landowners on strategic, high-value projects. There is also exposure to renewable energy work, offering an opportunity to diversify your experience within a growing sector.
