We are currently recruiting Machine Operatives to join a well-established manufacturing business in the BB5 area. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with previous production or machine operating experience who are looking to join a busy and growing manufacturing environment.
Location: BB5 Area
Pay Rate: £12.71 - £13.46 per hour (depending on shift)
Shift Pattern:
- 4 on, 4 off
- Day Shift: 6:00am - 6:00pm
- Night Shift: 6:00pm - 6:00am
- Flexibility to work either shift pattern is essential. Please note that shifts are fixed rather than rotational, and the successful candidate will be expected to commit to whichever shift is assigned.
- Overtime available
Key Responsibilities:
- Operating and monitoring production machinery
- Ensuring products meet quality standards
- Packing and preparing finished goods
- Following health and safety procedures
- Maintaining a clean and organised work area
- Supporting production targets and operational requirements
Candidate Requirements:
- Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Good attention to detail
- Reliable with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
