The Role
We’re looking for a hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator to support and optimise marketing automation campaigns, data flows, and platform performance. You’ll work closely with marketing and CRM teams to ensure campaigns are executed efficiently, and data is accurate and actionable.
Key Responsibilities
* Administer and maintain Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)
* Build and optimise email campaigns, journeys, and automations
* Manage data extensions, segmentation, and audience targeting
* Support integrations between SFMC and the core Salesforce CRM
* Monitor deliverability, performance, and campaign reporting
* Troubleshoot platform issues and support users
* Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance (GDPR)
Requirements
* 2–4 years’ experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
* Strong experience with:
* Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio
* Understanding of:
* Data extensions, SQL queries, segmentation
* Experience working with marketing teams/campaign delivery
* Good stakeholder communication skills
Nice to Have
* SFMC certifications
* Experience with APIs / integrations
* Exposure to core Salesforce (Sales/Service Cloud)
