Contracts Manager Leading to Associate Director - North West

They are actively seeking a dynamic and experienced Contracts Manager to lead and develop all contracting operations in the North West region. With a track record of excellence and innovation, they are committed to delivering top-notch services to their clients.
As a Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all contracting activities in the North West region. Projects vary from working with nuclear submarine docks, famous football grounds and British Aerospace. Your role will encompass a wide range of responsibilities, including client liaison, project design, tendering, contract documentation, subcontractor management, site supervision, and more. This position is based at their head office in Lancashire and will involve leading a team of Engineers during site operations from the office.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with clients, providing expert advice and maintaining strong client relationships.
Design ground investigation projects and manage the tendering process, including frameworks.
Organise and supervise subcontractors, drilling crews, equipment, and machinery.
Ensure compliance with ICC and NEC Contracts, as well as meticulous final bill measurements.
Demonstrate proficiency in Geotechnical and Geo-Environmental report writing.
