Job Details
1. Working as a Revenues Lead Officer across the Community Support and Scottish Welfare Fund team to deliver anti-poverty strategies and statutory awards. Managing a team who support anti-poverty campaigns and answer contact centre style telephony.
2. Salary range is £34,914.86 to £43,437.09. This will be a full-time permanent contract. Working in a blended office/home working environment. Due to the nature of the Scottish Welfare Funds Crisis grant awards some public holiday working will be expected.

The Person
4. Should have an HND/ Degree in a finance or business management and/or relevant recognised professional qualification or equivalent experience
5. A basic disclosure will be required to fulfil this role
6. Skills include but are not limited to- Ability to supervise and lead a team and experience of leading a team through a period of transformational change.
7. A track record of participation in effective partnership working
8. Should have effective project management skills
9. Knowledge and awareness of national initiatives, regulation and legislation
10. Have a track record of customer engagement and customer care
11. Have the ability to travel within Fife to attend meetings may be required.
Before confirming to your appointment, you will be required to obtain Protection of Vulnerable Groups (PVG) scheme membership through Disclosure Scotland and become a member of the relevant PVG scheme.
