Essential Skills and Experience
* 1+ year of successful SDR experience, preferably within IT / Managed Services.
* Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral, coupled with an energetic phone presence.
* Proven experience with Salesforce.com or a similar CRM application.
* A strong desire and aptitude to move into a people leadership position (prior team leader experience is highly desirable).
