The Opportunity
In the role of Personal Assistant – Projects, here’s an example of what you’ll be doing to make an impact:
Providing an excellent standard of project support, including minute taking, for corporate and capital projects, working with officers of all levels, across all directorates of Derby City Council.
About You
To be successful in this role, you’ll ideally have...
You will need to have a proactive, organised approach and a keen attention to detail along with the ability to learn quickly and prioritise tasks efficiently. Establishing and nurturing relationships with colleagues and stakeholders and demonstrating excellent customer care skills, are crucial for success. A flexible approach to both your work and working hours is essential, as is the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. You must possess GCSEs in English and Maths at Grade C or above.
