Description As a Personal Care Assistant at The Royce Penrith, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional care to our residents within Aged Care. Skills And Experiences Certificate 3 in Aged Care (or similar) Experience in providing personal care and support to elderly individuals Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact compassionately with the elderly Understanding of health and safety regulations in an aged care setting Ability to assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation Empathetic nature and the ability to build rapport with residents and their families Capability to work effectively within a team of care professionals Basic understanding of medical terminology and procedures related to aged care Willingness to undergo relevant training and professional development as required
