Teaching Assistant Opportunity – Primary School in Sale
A welcoming primary school in Sale is working in partnership with Teaching Personnel to find a caring, proactive, and committed Teaching Assistant to join their team from November.
The Role:
As a Teaching Assistant, you’ll support the class teacher in delivering high-quality education and fostering a positive learning environment. Your role will involve:
* Providing one-to-one and small group support to pupils.
* Assisting with lesson planning, delivery, and assessment.
* Helping to create a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom.
* Supporting children with diverse learning needs, including those with SEND or EAL.
* Promoting positive behaviour and aiding classroom management.
* Building strong relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience working with children, ideally in a primary school setting.
* A positive, enthusiastic attitude and a genuine passion for education.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* Patience, empathy, and a nurturing approach to learning.
* A relevant Teaching Assistant qualification is desirable but not essential.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
