About the Service This is a well-staffed, 7-bedded residential home supporting adults with acquired brain injuries. Each service user has a detailed pen picture available to help you understand their preferences, routines, and communication styles before you begin.

* Accompanying individuals on walks, shopping trips, and outings using public transport

* Managing behaviours with consistency and confidence-knowing when to say "no" and stick to boundaries
