Business Development & Partnerships Manager – Re.LoA Location: UK (remote with frequent travel) Reports to: CEO / Commercial Director Industry Focus: Financial Advisory, Wealth Management, Pension Transfers About the Role We are looking for a driven and well-connected Business Development & Partnerships Manager to spearhead our growth in the UK financial advisory and wealth management vertical. This person will be the “face of Re.LoA” on the ground—building relationships, running events, and unlocking new opportunities to scale adoption of our AI-powered platform that automates the Letter of Authority (LOA) process. Key Responsibilities Industry Networking & Partnerships Build and nurture relationships with IFAs, networks, para-planners, compliance officers, and pension transfer specialists. Develop strategic partnerships with professional bodies, networks, and service providers in the advisory space. Events & Representation Organise, attend, and represent Re.LoA at conferences, roundtables, and industry events across the UK. Host educational sessions and product demos tailored to adviser workflows. Business Development & Lead Generation Drive adoption through direct engagement with advisory firms, networks, and consolidators. Identify, qualify, and convert leads into long-term clients. Manage and grow a pipeline of opportunities. Market Intelligence Act as the voice of the market, bringing back insights on adviser pain points, compliance challenges, and technology gaps. Collaborate with product and marketing teams to refine positioning, collateral, and roadmap. Brand Advocacy Establish Re.LoA as a trusted thought leader in the adviser tech and RegTech space. Contribute to case studies, webinars, and whitepapers in collaboration with marketing. Key Skills & Experience Strong network in the UK financial advisory / wealth management industry (essential). Proven track record in business development, partnerships, or sales within financial services, fintech, or adviser networks. Experience running or representing companies at industry events. Commercially minded with the ability to translate adviser challenges intotechnology solutions. Excellent presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
