Overview
Researcher role involving identification of items to be listed on eBay or sold in the shop/Donation Centre. Activities include information gathering, photography, data entry, and packing/dispatch, with training provided.
Responsibilities
* Research items using tools such as eBay and Google Lens to assess whether they are worth listing online or selling in-store.
* Information gathering: collate item information (title, description, measurements, etc.) and record it in the appropriate system.
* Photography: take photos of items; suitable and efficient equipment will be supplied. Training will be provided, no specialist photography experience required.
* Lister: input photos and information into the software; this is the more technical part of the role with full training available.
* Packer/Dispatcher: wrap items, apply shipping labels, and ensure a positive customer experience.

* This role is unpaid. Reasonable travel expenses will be paid in line with the volunteer expense policy, along with 25% discount on all purchases.
