Job Description

3. Provide administrative support to the team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
4. Manage and organise documents, records, and files effectively.
5. Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls, in a professional manner.
6. Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements as required.
7. Assist with data entry and the preparation of reports and presentations.
8. Maintain and update databases with accuracy and attention to detail.
9. Collaborate with team members to ensure deadlines are met.
10. Provide general support and respond to ad hoc administrative tasks.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Administrator should have:

11. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
12. Strong organisational and time management skills.
13. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
14. A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
15. Previous experience in an administrative role within the Business Services industry is preferred.
