The role involves being a proactive Education Executive responsible for delivering comprehensive training and support on various brands like jane iredale and Jan Marini, as well as future products within the business. This includes training on the Observ skin scanning device and potentially other devices offered by Healthxchange Group. The focus is on enhancing client knowledge and acting as a genuine brand representative. You'll customize education for both Healthcare and Beauty professionals, ensuring it contributes effectively to business development.Responsibilities:Deliver engaging, in depth, up to date content in jane iredale ensuring all delegates feel confident to offer treatments in an appropriate setting.Manage schedule appropriately to respond to all account needs and support business development in relevant brands because of cohesive workflow.Achieve premium account support by offering educational support that is accessible and ensures a positive customer experience.Follow up after training with required data input into relevant systems.Maintain and develop the use of Brands and Devices through in clinic/salon support, educational delivery and working alongside BDMs to ensure reasonable clinical/salon needs are supported.Create training content based on business needs and new course offerings.Identify and create further supportive learning tools where required.Support the marketing function of the business to help build product awareness.Attend and potentially present at external and internal meetings/conferences as necessary to perform own duties and aid business development via a variety of mediums.Be aware of competitor developments, activity and feedback relevant information to management.Carry out additional and ad hoc duties as and when required to fulfil the duties above or as requested by the management of the company.Requirements: Essential Beauty Therapy Level 3Experience working in a salon environment offering skin treatments and maTraining Experience: delivery and content creationHigh standards of customer communication, in clinic/salon support and content production/deliveryAbility to meet deadlines, maintain accuracy and ensure business needs are responded to.Efficient IT experienceDesirableMake-up Artistry QualificationJane iredale experienceJan Marini Skin Research experienceClean drivers licenceExperience with Salesforce and relevant softwares.Benefits Company pension, car allowance, bonus and commission scheme, 23 days holiday plus bank holidays (and increasing with service), staff discount, staff social events, access to Health Assured EAP
