The role of a Recruitment Consultant at Reperio Human Capital: Become a specialist within your niche sector; keeping up to date with market trends and ensuring that YOU are the "go-to" recruiter in your niche IT market. Building your business empire of clients and candidates and forging strong, trusting relationships. Gaining an understanding of your client's and candidate's needs, offering a truly consultative service and making sure you are able to provide them with the solution they're looking for. Managing the whole recruitment process and ensuring it runs smoothly; scheduling interviews, negotiating offers, posting adverts etc - the full 360 Recruitment lifecycle Who we're looking for: We are looking for ambitious individuals who have the drive and enthusiasm to develop themselves and progress within our organisation. A recruitment background is not essential, we are happy to train people coming from any different sector as long as you share our values.
