What we are we looking for:
10. An HR Adviser to deliver efficient and effective generalist HR services to employees and managers, in support of the work delivered by the HR Business Partners and the broader HR team.
11. To be the primary HR point of contact for employees and managers within designated business functions and particular office locations in the EMEA region, providing support relating to employee matters and associated policies, processes, systems management.
12. Manage employee relations including performance issues, disciplinaries, grievances, absence management, in conjunction with line management. Counsel and educate employees and managers on policies, procedures and other relevant factors to identify and implement appropriate resolution steps, collaborating with global HR colleagues as needed
13. Conduct more complex employee meetings such as non-routine parental leave preparation meetings and exit interviews.
14. Work in partnership with the HR BPs on matters such as redundancies and department restructuring, etc. providing expert advice for matters specific to EMEA.
15. In conjunction with the HR BPs, take the lead in region specific risk management activities to include projects, audits, process improvement and related activities.
16. Identify, recommend and document opportunities for policy and process improvements.
17. Analyse employee surveys and other feedback methods to identify work environment trends and improvement opportunities.
18. Provide managers with HR related information on their employees and organisation to support management decisions. Support may include running and analysis of reports, creation of presentations or other methods to provide tools for decision making.
19. Assist hiring managers through the hiring requisition and approvals processes, including set-up of cost centres, reporting relationships and position management.
20. In collaboration with HR BPs and HR Coordinators, complete regular employee data audits and reconcile flagged data. Take accountability for the integrity of all data provided and recorded for specified business functions.
21. Be responsible for identifying regulatory roles for Invesco’s global in-scope population, to include completing the relevant documentation/analysis/auditing of regulatory data. Partner with relevant Regulatory colleagues within HR and Compliance to ensure in-scope individuals understand and meet the requirements.
22. Work collaboratively with functional and global HR colleagues to ensure a coordinated and high-quality HR provision.
What you can bring:
23. Prior demonstrated HR experience in advising employees and managers on the application of policies, process and risk
24. Proven ability managing broad scope of employee relations issues
25. Demonstrated experience delivering generalist HR work such as job requisition processing and system audits as well as broader HR programs and projects
26. Proven ability to prioritise and successfully deliver a wide variety of assignments
27. Experience analysing HR-related data and reports, and presenting solid management information to help make good business decisions
28. Demonstrable experience managing multiple stakeholders in a global/regional matrix organization
29. Proven experience working in a global organisation supporting regional offices would be desirable
30. Experience working within a regulated environment would be beneficial
31. Deep understanding of employment legislation and HR best practices
32. Ability to think commercially
33. Technical HR knowledge across the broad spectrum of the HR functions such as compensation, benefits, L&D, talent acquisition, employee relations, etc.
34. Highly proficient with data systems, preferably Workday, and advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
35. Second European language desirable
36. Educated to A Level standard or equivalent
37. Maths and English at GCSE level or equivalent
38. CIPD qualification preferred
