About the role
The Headteacher and Governors are seeking to appoint a dedicated, enthusiastic and highly motivated teacher to join our successful and supportive school. Essential qualifications and experience
* Excellent classroom practitioner, able to promote high standards of learning and achievement
* Experience of teaching within the Early Years Foundation Stage and/or Key Stage 1
* Experience of delivering systematic synthetic phonics, particularly Read Write Inc.
* High expectations of behaviour and fully committed to raising outcomes for all pupils
* Ability to motivate and inspire children, colleagues and the wider school community
* Ability to challenge and support learners of all abilities, including those with SEND and higher attaining pupils
* Secure understanding of assessment for learning and its impact on progress for all groups
* Willingness to contribute fully to the wider life of the school
* Committed to own professional development and continuous improvement
