The opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated, enthusiastic Customer Support professional passionate about golf and technology.
Your key responsibilities
* Creating support tickets from all telephone calls into the support department.
* Updating support tickets from emails sent into the department, with communication via phone to gather relevant information.
* Creating support tickets from webchat.
* Following up support tickets via phone from Auto-Bot (Webchat) facility.
* Creating/updating support tickets via TEAMs.
* Administering SPAM tickets within the support system.
* Managing the loan fleet with customers, including communication via phone regarding arrival and collection.
* Performing daily checks for software/hardware updates across the Foresight range and communicating updates to the team, business, and VIP customers.
* Assisting with maintenance of the Simulation/Demo environment.
