Role Purpose
You will build strong relationships with healthcare professionals in your territory, promoting advocacy and adherence to clinical guidelines. This role supports our Paediatric Allergy and Faltering Growth categories.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute territory account plans aligned with strategic priorities.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth.
* Utilize market data and KPIs to inform strategies.
* Advocate for our portfolio through understanding clinical guidelines and stakeholder needs.
* Manage and engage KOLs and advocates via symposiums and educational meetings.
* Spend 3-4 days weekly in the field meeting customers.
This role covers Devon, Cornwall, Bristol, Wiltshire, Dorset, and Somerset.
Candidate Profile
We seek resilient, ambitious individuals passionate about Nutricia and Danone. Demonstrate partnership skills, clinical or healthcare sales expertise, and strong business acumen.
Compensation
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 plus a company car and fuel card.
Requirements
* Reside in the specified locations; relocation is necessary.
* Hold a full UK driving license and be comfortable with regular driving.
