We have an excellent opportunity for a Workforce Transformation Programme Director - Onboarding to join our HR Team. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract.Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end delivery of complex HR transformation projects or programmes, with a focus on improving employee experience across key lifecycle moments.Manage third-party suppliers and system integrators, ensuring performance, governance, and alignment with business outcomes.Oversee implementation or optimisation of HR technologies, with hands-on experience in Workday and/or ServiceNow being highly desirable.Drive cross-functional collaboration across HR, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver seamless, user-centric solutions.Proven experience redesigning and transforming onboarding processes to create engaging, efficient employee journeys is preferred.Apply structured project management methodologies to ensure timely delivery within budget and quality standards.Purpose of the role:Manage change projects that support the organisation's strategic objectives, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.Accountabilities:Manage change projects within the organisation, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and quality standards.Develop and manage project plans outlining scope, objectives, timelines, and resources.Communicate with stakeholders, including senior management and external partners, to keep them informed and engaged.Manage project teams, ensuring proper resourcing and skill sets.Oversee project budgets and ensure financial adherence.Create reports on project progress and outcomes.Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies.Facilitate change management activities, including training and communication, to embed change within the organisation.Director Expectations:Lead a business function, contributing to strategic initiatives, policy development, and managing complex projects.Manage a large team or lead organisation-wide projects, acting as a technical expert and thought leader.Provide strategic advice to senior management and influence decision-making.Coordinate resourcing, budgeting, and policy creation for the sub-function.Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.Monitor and influence external environment and regulatory developments.Demonstrate extensive industry knowledge and external market awareness.Use advanced analytical skills to solve complex problems and design solutions.Make significant strategic decisions and influence stakeholders at senior levels.Represent the function as a principal contact and spokesperson.All Senior Leaders are expected to embody the LEAD behaviours: Listen and be authentic, Energise and inspire, Align across the enterprise, Develop others.
