Responsibilities
* Lead and mentor the nursery team to deliver high-quality early years care and education.
* Support the Nursery Manager with smooth daily operations.
* Implement the EYFS framework and ensure engaging learning opportunities for children.
* Build strong relationships with families, colleagues, and external agencies.
* Maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment for all children.
* Take charge of nursery operations in the Manager’s absence.
Requirements
* Level 3 Early Years qualification or above.
* Valid enhanced DBS check.
* Two satisfactory references.
* Right to work in the UK.
