We currently have a vacancy within the Facilities Team for a Facilities Officer. The facilities team provide support to the organisation, ensuring that the offices are safe, secure and properly maintained. Working within a small team, you will need to be able to manage a varied workload which will include facilities functions and print room operations. We are looking for candidates that: Are reliable and can work flexibly as part of a wider team Can troubleshoot and identify solutions to issues that arise Can demonstrate being customer focused Have a hands-on approach to ensure service is delivered Are organised and able to prioritise work with varying demands and deadlines Can communicate skilfully and effectively with both internal and external customers Can adapt their approach to suit the circumstances Reasonably fit and able to undertake the demanding aspects of the role Are open to feedback, reflection and personal development Can work in a changing environment as services continue to improve Hours of work (37 hours per week) Monday to Friday varies between 11:30am – 9.30pm.
