Requirements
Valid NMC Registration (RGN) – RMNs will not be considered for this roleProven experience in care home nursingSkilled in end-of-life care, male/female catheterisation, venepuncture, wound management, and PEG feedingConfident in conducting care plans, assessments, and risk assessmentsStrong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary teamAbility to use initiative and contribute positively to a supportive team cultureMature approach to care delivery – not suitable for those seeking a clinical lead roleBasic IT literacy is desirable – They use an electronic care record system
