Responsibilities: As part of our Skills Bootcamp program, I will facilitate your learning experience, ensuring you gain essential skills and knowledge in Microsoft IT support, including: Diagnosing and resolving technical issues. Maintaining user productivity and ensuring systems are secure and reliable. Completing a 12-week program delivered remotely, which will provide the technical experience needed for IT roles. Developing interpersonal skills such as career planning, CV development, interview preparation, presentation techniques, and social media branding.
