We're looking for an experienced PMO Analyst to join our Distribution Change Team, playing a vital role in ensuring projects are delivered in line with organisational standards, methodologies, and governance frameworks. You'll work across a busy portfolio of change initiatives, ensuring quality, consistency, and compliance at every stage of the project lifecycle. Your Role Will Include: Monitoring adherence to project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) across multiple concurrent projects. Conducting regular health checks, compliance assessments, and quality reviews of project deliverables. Ensuring projects meet governance standards, including financial management, resource planning, and reporting accuracy. Proactively identifying and mitigating risks and issues before they impact delivery. Presenting findings and improvement proposals to senior leadership. Acting as the central point of contact between project teams and leadership – ensuring clear communication and expectations. Supporting the continuous improvement of the internal Change Framework by feeding into the Centre of Excellence. Advocating and enforcing standards across diverse project teams, helping deliver consistent and high-quality outcomes. What You'll Need to Succeed: Strong experience working across multiple, simultaneous projects in a PMO or project assurance role. In-depth knowledge of change and project delivery frameworks and lifecycle best practices. Hands-on experience with PPM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA, MS Project). Proven ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, from delivery teams to leadership. Excellent communication and presentation skills with a clear analytical mindset. A passion for continuous improvement, risk management, and quality assurance. Technical Skills Required: Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint) Strong working knowledge of ServiceNow, JIRA, and Microsoft Project Familiar with risk and issue tracking tools and methodologies Why Join Us?
