With a specific remit to develop and deliver literacy, numeracy, digital support, family learning and English for Speakers of other Languages programmes; this is an exciting post within the Community Development Team. The Adult Learning & Development Officer will be responsible, through the Team Leader Community Development, for organising and developing adult learning programmes throughout Shetland, which focus on learners’ goals and hopes for the future, and build on the strengths, experiences and skills that they already have to improve their life chances.
