Luxury Sales Assistant – Part Time
Location: Windsor (driver required)
Salary: £14.00 – £15.00 per hour
Hours: Saturday, Sunday and 1 weekday, 10:00am – 6:00pm (8-hour shift with paid lunch)
This is a boutique role with a luxury retailer recognised for craftsmanship and sustainability. Excellent for someone who thrives on five-star service and building genuine, long-term customer relationships.
The Role
You’ll play a key part in creating an exceptional boutique experience – offering tailored advice, sharing in-depth product knowledge, and helping customers feel valued from the moment they walk in. You’ll work in a warm, professional team where individuality and passion are welcomed.
Responsibilities
* Offer bespoke customer service to a discerning client base
* Build strong customer relationships and brand loyalty
* Share product knowledge with confidence and authenticity
* Ensure the boutique is beautifully presented at all times
* Support colleagues to meet and exceed team sales targets
* Be a true brand ambassador for a company with global recognition
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a customer-facing role (luxury or retail ideal)
* Natural rapport builder with a professional, polished presence
* Passionate about quality and the customer journey
* Reliable and confident working weekend shifts
* A driver with own transport (the boutique is not easily accessible by public transport)
* Team-oriented with a proactive approach to learning
