Overview
£54,584 - £64,058 (including paid school holidays) + excellent benefits
These are roles for clinicians at The Witherslack Group, focused on delivering positive outcomes for young people aged 6–16 with a range of needs including autism and social, emotional and mental health needs. The school is based at Bowersgate School, opening in September 2026 as a purpose-built, brand-new facility serving Wythenshawe and surrounding communities, with a focus on outstanding educational experience and individual pupil progress and care.
Our clinicians operate within the most joined-up model in SEND, providing clinical support across schools and children’s homes. You will work as part of a multi-disciplinary clinical team, supporting educational and residential colleagues to provide therapeutic living and learning environments, and, based on clinical assessment and formulation, offer individualised interventions and engagement for our young people. Psychologists work collaboratively to ensure therapeutic support permeates education, care and support, and you will provide consultation, workshops, training and guidance to educational and residential teams.
