Job Description

Customer Support Representative (Software Support). If you have great customer service skills, are confident using computers, and enjoy helping people solve problems, we’d love to hear from you.

You’ll be the friendly and knowledgeable first point of contact for our customers. Your main focus is delivering excellent service and helping users get the most out of our software.

What You’ll Be Doing


• Deliver outstanding customer service via phone, email, and other support channels.
• Help customers use our software confidently, providing clear step-by-step guidance where
needed.
• Listen carefully to customer issues and ask the right questions to understand their needs.
• Log customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
• Escalate more complex technical issues to our internal teams when required (you won’t be
expected to solve everything yourself).
• Share customer feedback and suggestions to help us improve our products and services.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.



What We’re Looking For

• Strong customer service skills and a genuine desire to help people.
• Confidence using computers and learning new systems.
• Clear and professional communication skills (written and verbal).
• Good organisational skills and ability to manage multiple queries.
• Problem-solving mindset and a calm, patient approach.

Nice to Have (but not essential):
• Experience in a customer service or support role.
• Experience supporting software or digital products.
• Familiarity with CRM systems.
• Knowledge of General Practice or the Primary Healthcare sector.
