This is a newly created opportunity, with a vibrant corporate team, seeking an experienced Corporate Solicitor to join their ranks. The ideal candidate will have a breadth of corporate law experience and a proven track record with a reputable corporate team.
You'll be joining an award winning team with a strength advising listed and high quality entrepreneurial clients. You'll work alongside a Partnership group committed to your personal development and your rewarding workload will include mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity, company reorganisations, demergers and corporate governance.
The ideal candidate will be adept at handling a variety of matters and managing clients with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality work and exceptional client service
* Technical proficiency in managing complex corporate transactions
* Maintain up-to-date technical expertise
* Drive business development to retain existing clients and attract new ones
* Take responsibility for personal development and continuously improving interpersonal and soft skills.
Skills and Personal Qualities:
* Strong commercial acumen and the ability to understanding client industries and businesses
* Ability to manage your own caseload with minimal supervision
* Proven financial management skills and ability to meet client expectations
* Advanced IT skills, including proficiency with case management systems, electronic time recording, and Microsoft Office
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to handle intricate legal issues
* Self-motivated, friendly, and collaborative.
