The Professional Products Division is universally known for exclusively supplying salons and other professional customers with the most advanced technologies in hair and beauty products.
Thanks to our 6 global brands like Kérastase, Redken, and Pureology, and 3 local brands across the world, we provide professionals and consumers with better, safer, and more sustainable professional haircare experiences and services.
As part of our dynamic education team, you'll work alongside some of the world's greatest hairdressers in a varied and creative role that offers a richly rewarding and successful future. Your responsibilities include creating, executing, and delivering education to salons within your territory and in our Regional Venues. You will report to the L'Oréal Professionnel Paris Northern Education Manager and work closely with commercial managers and business partners to ensure the quality of knowledge and service associated with the brand is conveyed to salons. You will also liaise with leading figures in the hairdressing industry.
You will:
* Report to the Education Field Manager as part of the offline education team, supporting both online and offline education strategies to deliver excellence across all distributors and direct businesses in your region.
* Take ownership of the education needs for your area, planning direct education to meet regional targets and support commercial sell-out.
* Lead, coach, and develop a regional freelance education team to maximize their performance and promote high standards of education delivery.
* Establish and maintain a hairdressing community to grow the brand, build key professional relationships, and attract new talent and business, increasing your reach and activities.
* Manage budget expenditure and income for yourself and your freelance team.
* Ensure GDPR-compliant communication across the education network.
* Oversee the smooth operation of brand in-salon demonstrations, courses, and events in your area.
* Understand and utilize ACCESS platform for delivering education and reporting weekly.
* Be prepared to travel, including staying away from home, working weekends, and traveling on Sundays.
You have:
* Experience in delivering hairdressing education classes, workshops, and presentations, both face-to-face and online. Teaching qualifications are advantageous but not essential.
* Professional hairdressing experience, with an education qualification being a plus.
* Confidence in presenting data and reports accurately.
* Excellent customer service skills for dealing with distributors and course delegates.
* Knowledge of GDPR and confidentiality importance.
* Understanding of social media's role in branding and communication.
* A full driving license and willingness to travel extensively.
