The Role
Are you passionate about helping people stay independent and live life to the fullest?
In this role, youll support individuals aged 65 and over to remain in their own homes with confidence and dignity. Youll provide practical help with benefit checks, forms, Blue Badge applications, and grants. Youll also visit people in their homes, assess risks, and connect them with services such as Falls Prevention, Occupational Therapy, and the Fire Service.
Alongside this, youll share up-to-date advice on care options, social activities, and housing so individuals can make informed choices about their future. ...
