What the Job Involves Your role will include conducting a wide variety of adult social work activities such as Care Act Assessments, person-centered support planning, Mental Capacity Assessments, and Section 42 Enquiries. You will work with diverse adult populations, including those with physical and learning disabilities and mental health needs, using a strength-based approach to empower and promote independence. Additionally, you will engage in Continuing Healthcare (CHC) and section 117 related tasks, collaborate with partner agencies, and contribute to a culture that supports ongoing professional growth and development.
