* Estate Advance:Designed for executors, this product provides funds to cover estate-related expenses, including inheritance tax (IHT) and estate management costs. This helps to alleviate financial pressures on the estate prior to distribution.
Job Description:
Role Overview: As a Customer Solutions Specialist, you will be responsible for engaging with customers who are interested in obtaining a probate loan. Your primary goal will be to provide information, establish eligibility, and guide customers through the loan application process, ensuring a smooth and supportive experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Customer Engagement: Manage inbound and outbound calls to potential customers who have expressed an interest in probate loans as well as written customer communications via email and WhatsApp.
* Eligibility Assessment: Establish customers' eligibility for a probate loan based on their entitlement to receive an inheritance or their status as an estate executor.
* Information Provision: Clearly explain the features, benefits, and terms of probate loans to customers.
* Loan Application Process Explanation: Discuss how the loan products work, guide customers through the loan application process and ensure all required documentation is requested from the customer.
* Relationship Building: Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, providing ongoing support and follow-up.
* Compliance: Adhere to all regulatory and internal company policies, ensuring ethical and compliant sales practices.
* Performance Tracking: Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
* Working as part of a team: Working with a highly experienced team in a supportive and collaborative environment.
About the Candidate:
* Experience: Previous telesales or customer service experience, preferably in financial services.
* Communication Skills: Excellent telephone manner with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
* Empathy: Ability to sympathize with customers who may be bereaved, providing compassionate support where appropriate.
* Sales Driven: Highly motivated and sales-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
* Outstanding Service: The ability to meet challenging service standards and put the needs of the customer first.
* Remote Work: Comfortable and productive working from home, with the flexibility to work from our office in York as required.
* Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
* Technology: Comfortable working in a fast-paced digital environment using a range of software solutions.
