A typical day in the life of a Front of House Assistant:

* Greet and welcome guests warmly and professionally
* Manage emails, phone calls, and face-to-face queries
* Prepare and serve beverages and light snacks (if applicable)
* Manage spa bookings and appointments efficiently
* Handle guest inquiries about spa services, treatments, and products
* Process payments and manage the reception area
* Promote spa services, special offers, and retail products
* Keep the reception area clean, tidy, and inviting
* Coordinate with Spa Therapists and staff for seamless service
* Log visitors, including contractors and guest passes
* Undertake all relevant training for the role


What we are looking for:

* Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused attitude
* Genuine passion for health, wellness, and customer service
* Excellent organisational skills and ability to multitask
* Ability to establish rapport, build trust, and demonstrate credibility
* Flexible working hours, including weekends and holidays (start to finish)

Experience in a receptionist or customer service role, preferably in hospitality, is desirable. Proficiency with booking systems and basic computer skills is a plus.
