Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am 5:00pm with alternate Saturdays: 7:00am 1:00pm
Salary: Negotiable, depending on experience

The Role:
A driven and passionate Internal Sales Executive is sought to join the Watford team. This role plays a key part in business growth by building strong customer relationships and identifying new sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound sales calls to existing and potential customers
Upsell products and promote relevant offers
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions
Support general sales activity and contribute to branch growth
Requirements:
Proven experience in a builders merchant environment (essential)
Confident communicator with a professional phone manner
Strong sales and upselling skills
Passionate about delivering great service and results
Motivated, proactive, and target-driven
Organised, with good attention to detail
