£13.00 - £13.50 per hour plus holiday pay
Môrwell Talent Solutions is proud to be partnering with a well-established business in Crumlin to recruit a confident and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join their small, friendly finance team on a temporary basis.
Starting on the 4th of August, this is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced Accounts Assistant or Bookkeeper looking for part-time hours in a supportive and collaborative environment. You ll be playing a key role in assisting the Finance Manager across a variety of financial duties.
Responsibilities:
* Process purchase invoices using Sage 50 & Xero
* Reconcile supplier statements and manage BACS payments
* Maintain accurate filing systems and manage shared mailboxes
* Carry out weekly credit control processes, chasing payments over the telephone and via email
* Prepare and send monthly customer statements
* Process staff expenses and credit card transactions
* Liaise with suppliers and maintain up-to-date records
* Ensure all entries meet HMRC VAT guidelines
About You:
* AAT studier with at least 1 years experience in a similar role
* Strong attention to detail and able to work independently
* Experience with Sage 50 or Xero is desirable but not essential
* Confident Microsoft Excel user
* A proactive, organised and professional approach
