What We’re Looking For Experience supporting children or young people with autism (ASD) or SEN – essential. Knowledge of communication strategies such as PECS, Makaton, or AAC – desirable. Team Teach training or equivalent behaviour management qualification – advantageous. Calm, patient, and proactive approach with a genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs.
