The Role
As Branch Manager, you'll lead from the front—driving performance, winning instructions, developing your team, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
You'll be responsible for:
* Generating new business and securing valuations
* Conducting viewings and winning instructions
* Negotiating offers and progressing sales through to completion
* Managing branch enquiries and daily operations
* Coaching, motivating and developing your team
* Driving branch performance and achieving sales targets
* Building strong relationships with vendors, buyers and the local community
About You
We're looking for someone who:
* Has estate agency experience, ideally in a senior negotiator, assistant manager or management role
* Has a proven track record of winning business and delivering resultsIs a natural leader who enjoys motivating and developing others
* Is highly organised, resilient and commercially driven
* Delivers exceptional customer service
* Has excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Holds a Full UK Driving Licence
