Growth Marketing Manager – 6–9 Month FTC (Hybrid)
As a contract, the salary is £65k per annum
It can be a permanent position, however this would be closer to £55k

The Role
As Growth Marketing Manager, you’ll be at the heart of digital customer acquisition, engagement, and retention across all platforms. You’ll build and lead data-driven marketing strategies, manage a direct report, and work cross-functionally to drive measurable growth. This is a brilliant time to join a newly appointed Head of Marketing and contribute to shaping a bold new era for the brand.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement multi-channel growth marketing strategies
* Map growth opportunities and unblock barriers through data and testing
* Manage and optimise paid, social, content, SEO, email and CRM activity
* Lead A/B testing, performance analysis, and channel optimisation
* Manage budgets to maximise ROI and campaign efficiency
* Collaborate across product, sales, and tech teams to align growth efforts
* Monitor and report on KPIs and growth performance to senior leadership
* Guide and mentor a junior team member to deliver high-impact work
What You’ll Bring
* 5–10 years of experience in growth or performance marketing
* A track record of delivering measurable digital growth
* Strong analytical mindset with deep experience in data interpretation
* Hands-on knowledge of SEO, SEM, email, social, and content marketing
* Experience using tools like Google Analytics and marketing automation platforms
* Growth mapping expertise and a strategic approach to digital scaling
* Confident communicator and skilled cross-functional collaborator
* Experience in a fast-paced, commercially focused environment
