Production Operative
Location: St Ives, Cambridgeshire
Pay rate: £14.99 per hour, increasing to £15.58 per hour within 12 months
Shifts: 12-hour Days/Nights rotation, 3-week rotation, NO WEEKENDS
We are recruiting Production Operatives for our dual block plant at the St Ives Manufacturing site in Cambridgeshire on a permanent basis. Our state-of-the-art plant will increase manufacturing capacity by 200% and enhance product innovation, featuring advanced technology, systems, and processes to produce top-quality landscaping products in the UK. Role Overview:
You will work as part of a team to manufacture high-quality concrete products, operating press machinery, hand tools, shot blast machinery, and mobile equipment such as forklifts, with a strong focus on health and safety.
Skills & Experience:
* Forklift license and experience (advantageous)
* Experience in a busy production/manufacturing environment (preferred but not essential)
* Strong team spirit
* Flexibility for shift rotation or night shifts
* Basic computer skills
* IOSH or Safe to Supervise qualification (advantageous but not essential)
