We’re looking for a confident, proactive and commercially-minded Senior Account Manager to join a fast-growing design-focused interior furniture brand. You'll work closely with leading architects, interior designers, and developers, building trusted relationships and helping bring incredible residential and commercial spaces to life.
You’ll be the go-to person for key accounts, spotting opportunities, shaping solutions, and ensuring every project gets the attention it deserves.
* Key responsibilitiesBuild strong client relationships with A&D professionals and property developers, supporting their design goals and project needs.
* Drive growth by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and leading contract renewals.
* Collaborate across teams, from marketing to operations, to deliver tailored, seamless solutions.
* Track performance and share insights with clients to drive long-term success.
* Proactively manage your pipeline, converting leads and influencing design specifications.
* Share your expertise, advising clients on products, materials, and finishes, and mentor junior team members too.
Skills & Experience Required:
* 5+ years in B2B account management or sales, ideally in design, interiors, or property.
* Strong communication and presentation skills; confident with senior stakeholders.
* A strategic mindset and the drive to go after new opportunities.
* Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) and a sharp eye for KPIs.
* An understanding of design workflows and what matters to designers and developers.
* A collaborative approach, balanced with the ability to lead and get things done.
