Job Description
* Oversee the management of facilities and estates within the Trust.
* Develop and implement strategic plans for the estates and facilities department.
* Manage budget and resources effectively to ensure operational efficiency.
* Lead and motivate the facilities management team to achieve organisational objectives.
* Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
* Ensure compliance with health-care regulations and safety standards.
* Implement improvement initiatives to enhance the quality of services.
* Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including staff, patients, and regulatory bodies.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Deputy Director of Estates and Facilities should have:
* IOSH or NEBOSH
* IWFM
* Has been in a Director position
* Extensive experience in managing facilities and estates in a health-care setting.
* Excellent leadership and team management skills.
* Strong strategic planning and budget management abilities.
* Good understanding of health-care regulations and safety standards./Has previously worked in Health-care
* Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with various stakeholders.
